Thomas L. Williams ’80, who has been CEO of the Parker-Hannifin Corporation for nearly a year, was recently also elected Chairman of the Board at the Mayfield Heights, Ohio-based company, which specializes in motion and control technologies. Williams has been at Parker-Hannifin since 2003 in numerous leadership roles and was appointed CEO on February 1, 2015. Prior to his tenure at Parker, he held a number of management roles at General Electric for 22 years.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell and also has an MBA from Xavier University.
