Joseph Jones, III ’86, a graduate of Bucknell University, will be named the next superintendent of the Neshaminy (Pa.) School District in Bucks County, the district’s board recently announced. Jones has been a teacher and school administrator in New Jersey for his entire career, most recently the superintendent of the Woodbury City Public Schools since 2005. He was also a high school principal and assistant superintendent in the Northern Burlington County Regional School District from 1993 to 2005.
Jones has a bachelor’s degree in English from Bucknell, as well as a master’s degree in school administration from Glassboro State College (N.J.).
