Professor Michelle Beiler
Professor Michelle Beiler, civil & environmental engineering, was the co-author on a recently published study that compares the practices of several metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs) in the Mid-Atlantic region now and prior to Hurricane Sandy, which stuck in October 2012. This recent piece in Informed Infrastructure, a trade publication for construction engineers, explores the findings of Beiler and her research group.
