Accounting.com ranked Bucknell University’s program in accounting sixth among U.S. colleges and universities. The website praised the degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and financial management offered through Bucknell’s School of Management for its “focus on providing 21st century education that takes into account the quickly evolving world of money management.
“Bucknell’s program focuses on traditional scholarship and the ways technology and automation are shifting the role of accountants,” the review added.
The website also praised the school’s Student Managed Investment Fund, which allows students to manage nearly $2 million of the school’s endowment.
The school is slated to become the College of Management this summer.
