Stuart Comstock-Gay ’82 Appointed President/CEO of Delaware Community Foundation

Stuart Comstock-Gay ’82, a Bucknell University alumnus, recently began a new role as the president and CEO of the Delaware Community Foundation (DCF), a charity that provides a permanent source of funding for Delaware’s current and future needs. It is among the largest community foundations in the country.

Comstock-Gay comes to the DCF after serving as president and CEO of the Vermont Community Foundation for nearly seven years. He has nearly 14 years of combined experience with community foundations and has also done stints as executive director of both the National Voting Rights Institute and the ACLU of Maryland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Bucknell as well as a master’s of public administration from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
