Bucknell University provost Barbara Altmann visited Mount Carmel on Wednesday to tour some of the project sites in the borough at which several members of the university community are working this summer. This work is a part of Bucknell’s partnership with the Mother Maria Kaupas Center, and about 10 Bucknell students are undertaking independent projects in the Mount Carmel area as a result of this relationship.
