Orangewood Partners, a private investment firm, and David B. Henry ’71, a Bucknell University alumnus, have announced the launch of Peaceable Street Capital (PSC), a new specialty investment platform that will invest in small and mid-sized real estate in North America.
Henry comes to PSC from Kimco Realty Corporation, where he served as CEO since 2009. He also previously held senior leadership positions at General Electric. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell, as well as an MBA from the University of Miami.
