Juri Freeman ’98, a Bucknell University graduate and currently a senior consultant at Resource Recycling Systems (RRS), was recently featured in a Q&A on the industry website Waste 360. He discusses his experience at Bucknell and how it prepared him for his career as well as some of his professional accomplishments, which include increasing Denver’s diversion rate (the amount of trash that is diverted into recycling) while he managed the recycling program for the City of Denver.
Freeman holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Bucknell.
