Vast Worlds Called Brown Dwarfs Have Extraordinarily Powerful Winds

New Scientist
Katelyn Allers, a physics and astronomy professor at Bucknell, and her colleagues analysed a brown dwarf about 34.5 light years away, called 2MASS J10475385+2124234, and made the first direct measurement of wind on these objects. This story reports on the paper the researchers published in Science.
