Bucknell Students Help Service Organization Accomplish a First

Bucknell University students volunteering with the Appalachia Service Project (ASP) recently assisted the organization in building the first-ever house for a homeless person in Kingsport, Tenn.

The ASP is a volunteer organization based in Johnson City, Tenn., that brings in thousands of volunteers from around the country to rural Central Appalachia to repair and build homes for low-income families.
