Melissa Plaisance ’82 Elected to National Investor Relations Institute Board

Melissa Plaisance ’82, a Bucknell University graduate, was recently elected to the board of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), a professional association of corporate officers and investor relations consultants. NIRI is the largest professional investor relations association in the world with over 3,300 members representing over 1,600 publicly-held companies.

Plaisance is the group vice president for treasury & investor relations for Albertsons Companies, a food retailer based in Boise, Idaho. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bucknell and an MBA from UCLA.
