Astronomers Clock Extremely High Winds on An Object Outside of Our Solar System

This story reports that for the first time, scientists, including Bucknell physics and astronomy professor Katelyn Allers, have been able to measure the wind speed on an object outside of our solar system, according to a new study to be published in Science. The measurement was made using a new technique that combined a detection of radio and infrared emissions.
